Single Story Home – One Day Process:

1. Carpentry- Replace any bad wood or rotten wood (Per your quote). Additional wood may be found after the power washing is complete and we will talk to the home owner about the addiitonal cost before we proceed.
2. Hand sand any peeling paint.
3. Prime any bare wood.
4. Caulk every single seam, joint, crack and window with a surface appropriate caulking
5. Mask your windows and brick with paper and/or plastic. We will use drop clothes to protect your landscape.
6. Apply a full strength paint. We will never use water to thin down the paint. The paint will be applied by a combination of applications that include spraying, brushing and rolling.
7. Clean up – We will do a complete and thorough clean up.
8. Final inspection – Last but not least we do a walk around with the homeowner. At this time we do a final inspection with the homeowner and make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Two Story Home – Day 2:

1. Mask your windows and brick with paper and/or plastic. We will use drop clothes to protect your landscape.

3. Clean up – We will do a complete and thorough clean up.

1. All interiors begin with Rocks paint crews moving large furniture to the center of the room.
2. We will cover everything that we placed in the center of the room with plastic and begin covering the flooring with plastic.
3. We then remove all curtains, blinds and eletrical plate covers from the rooms.
4. Sheetrock repairs or cracks are fixed (Per your quote)
5. Now its time to paint!
6. Clean up all paper, tape and plastic.
7. Move any large furniture back to its place.
8. Final Inspection – Once all the rooms are painted, per your quote, we will do a final walk through with the customer and take care of any touch ups to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
